Project Engineer Job Description

At Mets Logistics Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of project team members
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, minutes, and records

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Electrical) or any technical related course
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as Project Supervisor / Project Engineer or Team Leader
  • Proven track record of managing engineering projects successfully
  • Skills: Computer Literate, Good communication skills in English and Filipino, Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or Sketch-up, Able to interpret 2D and 3D drawings, Knowledgeable in project management, Flexible and willing to be assigned to work schedules supporting production hours, Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple and concurrent tasks

Benefits:
  • Full-time, Permanent position
  • Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
  • Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary, Overtime pay
  • Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Experience: Project Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
