Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Automation Content Maker Specialist to join our team in Madrid.

About the Role:

  • Apply creative thinking to design automation templates that accelerate campaign deployments and drive business goals.
  • Enable customers to build long-term automation programs that drive organization-wide impact and change.
  • Help define complex automation processes that drive adoption and align to customers' business needs and strategic goals.
  • Communicate issues, ensure resolution, and define continuous developments and improvements, collaborating with Operation, Digital, and Post-production teams.
  • Identify opportunities and potential new use cases for additional Automation and AI solutions, collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest conversational AI & automation trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading digital transformation and/or responsibility for driving organizational strategy and business.
  • Experience with automation platforms for content creation such as DCO platforms, creative automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
  • Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
