About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director, UX Design to join our team at Sin nombre. As a key member of our UX design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of user experiences that drive engagement and retention for our players.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead UX Design - Spearhead UX design in your team, influence, and set up the best UX practices.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams - Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align feature roadmaps and ensure seamless implementation.
  3. Player-Centric Design - Consider our players in every part of the design process and advocate for them in the team.
  4. Inclusive Design - Design for everybody; your designs are inclusive and consider all types of players' abilities.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making - Understand qualitative and quantitative data and use them to create informed design decisions that positively impact the player experience and business.
  6. Strategy and Planning - Work with product managers to align the feature's roadmap and ensure it meets business objectives.

Requirements

  1. Experience leading UX in a team.
  2. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  3. Have a good understanding of the product development cycle in an agile environment.
  4. Knowledge of casual gameplay mechanics.
  5. Have significant experience in UX Design, including high skills in Interaction Design and Information Architecture.
  6. Great prototyping skills.
  7. Be an Inclusive Design and Accessibility advocate.
  8. Analytical thinking to solve problems.
  9. Work autonomously.
