Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director, UX Design to join our team at Sin Nombre. As a key member of our UX design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of user experiences that drive engagement and retention for our players.
About the Role
As the Associate Director, UX Design, you will be responsible for:
- Leading UX Design: Spearhead UX design in your team, influence, and set up the best UX practices.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with your team and stakeholders, build relationships, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Player-Centric Design: Consider our players in every part of the design process and advocate for them in the team.
- Inclusive Design: Design for everybody; your designs are inclusive and consider all types of players' abilities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Understand qualitative and quantitative data and use them to create informed design decisions that positively impact the player experience and business.
- Strategy and Alignment: Work with Product managers to align the feature's roadmap and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience leading UX in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Good understanding of the product development cycle in an agile environment
- Knowledge of casual gameplay mechanics
- Significant experience in UX Design, including high skills in Interaction Design and Information Architecture
- Great prototyping skills
- Analytical thinking to solve problems
- Ability to work autonomously
