About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Product Design Director to join our team at Creaitor. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our SaaS and web applications, creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that exceed our users' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user experience and user interface concepts for our SaaS and web applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to ensure design solutions meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply them in innovative ways to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Proven track record as a UX/UI or Product Designer, particularly in the SaaS and web app space
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Exceptional eye for visual design, typography, and color theory
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to turn challenges into elegant design solutions
