Job Summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking a highly skilled Site IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee IT service delivery for one of our global energy clients' factory sites in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing resources and business requirements, ensuring IT governance and security, and driving collaboration between the business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Site IT team/resources to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
  • Act as a point of contact for IT suppliers and local teams to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee ticket management, triage, and escalation to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Provide infrastructure support and delivery on-site to ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain governance and security onsite to protect against cyber threats.
  • Collect and manage business requirements to inform IT strategy and planning.
  • Manage IT build projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide first-line support for applications to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure OT asset IT/OT cybersecurity management and emergency response to protect against cyber threats.
  • Plan and manage IT budget and cost control to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with vendors on software and network connectivity to ensure seamless integration.
  • Organize, staff, skill, and direct the IT area with HR support to ensure effective team management.
  • Guide and develop subordinates within HR policies to ensure career growth and development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT service delivery and management.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and governance.
  • Experience in managing IT budgets and cost control.
  • Knowledge of IT/OT cybersecurity operational management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow and PowerBI.
  • ITIL certification or experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and a good working proficiency in English.
  • Must already be eligible to live and work in Madrid, Spain.
