**Key Responsibilities**

  1. You will be responsible for managing the GTR Europe profit and loss (P&L) landing files, analyzing and challenging assumptions, and communicating forecasts within both GTR Europe and GTR Global.
  2. You will understand the details behind the plan and monthly forecast and be able to explain drivers and variances of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as net sales value (NSV) per case, gross profit (GP) per case, gross margin (GM%), advertising and promotion (A&P%) costs, structure costs, and earnings from operations (EFO%) margin.
  3. You will participate in month-end close activities, including the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reports, among others.
  4. You will partner with the sales and operations planning (S&OP) demand planner and sales managers to create robust forecasts and proactively run analysis to assess risk and identify areas of opportunity to plan.
  5. You will support advertising and promotion (A&P) resource allocation in GTR Europe in line with Bacardi-Martini's business strategy and work with the GTR team to drive improved efficiency, effectiveness, and execution of A&P spend.
  6. You will play a key role in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) in the region, incorporating reporting and planning.
  7. You will help retain control over the GTR Europe P&L, ensuring treatment of key items in line with Bacardi-Martini's accounting policies and managing spend against budget with appropriate controls.
  8. You will support growth in net revenue and gross profit per case through best-in-class retail governance and management (RGM) strategies, including price, mix, evaluation of promotions, and strategy.
  9. You will help maintain accurate and complete price lists for Bacardi-Martini's customers.
  10. You will be a key member of the Global GTR Finance and RGM team, and you will be expected to work across geographies on projects to continue the development of the function and delivery against our team vision.
  11. You will be responsible for the pricing management process, including innovation, missing prices, and annual price increases.
