We aim to maintain and increase our sales in specific markets for digital printing inks, driven by the establishment of a Center of Excellence for Inkjet Technology (CEIT) in Almassora, Spain. This global center will centralize:

  • R&D activities for all inkjet ink portfolios
  • Necessary printing samples for validation, approval, and promotion of all ink sets
  • Technical and design support teams specific to inkjet technology
  • Demonstration and training activities for new inkjet customers

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Support Manager for Digital Inks to lead a global team of 4 people and report to the Digital Technology Manager of Vibrantz Technologies. The successful candidate will be based at the CEIT in Almassora, Spain, and will be responsible for organizing the activity of their team at a global level to ensure the technical support required for inkjet printing in the Performance Coatings businesses of the Vibrantz group.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Organize and lead a global team of 4 people
  • Ensure technical support for inkjet printing in the Performance Coatings businesses
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, printer manufacturers, and commercial and R&D departments
  • Provide training and support on digital printing in our target markets

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in team management and technical knowledge in the DOD PZT inkjet sector
  • Extensive experience in inorganic inks on ceramic and/or glass substrates
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to establish trustworthy interpersonal relationships
