We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Lead to join our Customer Service & Support organization at Microsoft. As a trusted advisor to our largest and most strategic customers, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class customer support outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to customers during times of significant and complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with account teams and Customer Success Account Managers to understand customer support issues and develop strategic programs to deliver exceptional customer support outcomes.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Microsoft's cloud technologies, including Azure, Identity, M365, CoPilot, Security, and Management.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to internal stakeholders, influencing senior decision-makers and driving strategic initiatives.
- Manage highly complex escalated problems involving a broad range of technical issues.
**Requirements:**
- Deep technical expertise in cloud technologies, with a focus on Azure, Identity, M365, CoPilot, Security, and Management.
- Strong domain knowledge and ability to make progressive and thoughtful strategic proposals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
