">Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new leads in their designated territory. This involves conducting cold calls on potential customers, primarily newsagents, bookstores, and other retail establishments, to introduce our product offerings. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Search for new leads in assigned territories.
- Conduct cold calls to introduce our products and services.
- Sent samples to interested parties.
- Follow up with potential clients to secure stockist agreements.
Performance Metrics: We expect the ideal candidate to meet the following targets:
- Over 50 calls per day.
- 12 appointments booked with accompanying sample packs sent per week.
- 8 hours of conversations per week.
- 1 new stockist per week.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Fluent German (C1 level) and proficient English (B2 level).

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be approximately €60,000 - €80,000, depending on performance and qualifications.
