Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our new international project, expanding and consolidating our presence in the assigned territory, and maintaining and developing relationships with signed partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote our new international project to existing and new partners.
  • Expand and consolidate our presence in the assigned territory through proactive sales efforts.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners to increase their performance.
  • Maximize and develop API deals with potential and existing partners.
  • Provide system training to existing and new partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory of Levante.
  • Position the brand within the travel trade through product presentations and networking.
  • Ensure payments control and provide market and competitive environment analysis.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in the travel industry, ideally 2-5 years, with excellent knowledge of the country's travel market.
  • Competence in API technology deals.
  • Personal skills: proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with fast-changing business environment, team player, used to data-driven decision-making.
  • International mindset: ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG's global presence.
  • Language knowledge: fluent in Spanish and English, Catalan language as a plus.
  • Readiness for business trips: 20-30% of working time might be required for market visits.
