Role Overview: As a Gyms Equipment Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained, and our facilities are safe and welcoming for all members.

The Job Description:

  • Financial & Commercial:- Coordinate purchase ordering for both reactive and planned maintenance- Invoice reconciliation to aid resolution of invoice disputes and invoice recording- Co-ordination of supplier agreements- Coordinate purchase orders for capital projects- Liaise with Insurers regarding claims
  • Strategic & Operational:- Co-ordinate general enquiries into the Property Department- Department administration including Database Management and Co-ordination of Supplier Agreements- Monitoring, Updating and Publishing Records- Maintenance of Property Department Databases and Logging System- Production of Daily Report

Requirements:- Strong organisation and administrative skills- Ability to prioritise workload- Excellent communication skills- Confident communicator at all levels- Literacy, numeracy, and IT skills sufficient to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Access Databases
