Senior Solution Architect

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Solution Architect. As a key member of our English Language Learning division, you will play a critical role in defining and designing the architecture that underpins our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Design and Create Solution Architectures: Develop solution architectures that align with business objectives, taking into consideration scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Evaluate and Recommend Technology Options: Assess technology options, considering factors such as cost, feasibility, and technical constraints.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure Architectural Coherence: Ensure architectural coherence and adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify potential challenges and propose solutions or alternative approaches.
- Facilitate Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.
- Conduct System Assessments: Conduct system assessments and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to solution architecture.
- Drive Innovation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of architectural frameworks, guidelines, and standards within the organization.
