Customer Experience Specialist with Dutch

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist with Dutch language proficiency to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers in Dutch, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilize strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs, driving process improvements and enhancements.
  • Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity, striving for excellence in every interaction.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Dutch language skills (C2 level) with a strong command of English (C1 level).
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Calm and empathetic demeanor when dealing with challenging customers.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to investigate and apply creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Target-driven and committed to exceeding expectations.
What We Offer:
  • An excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
  • Flexible shifts between 9:00 and 23:00, with a preference for late-night shifts (14:00 - 23:00).
  • A full-time contract of 39 hours per week.
