Customer Experience Specialist with Dutch

Wibit Consulting & Services is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist for a brand-new team in a Fintech company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Showcase exceptional communication skills, such as listening, empathy, and personalization in every customer conversation.
  • Guide customers with their questions and ensure they receive the right solution, leaving a positive impression.
  • Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally and improve processes.
  • Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs): Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Dutch (C2) speakers with C1 English level.
  • Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
  • Calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Curious and love to investigate and use creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Target-driven and striving to exceed expectations.
Benefits:
  • Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
  • Shifts between 9:00 and 23:00, with a preference for late-night shifts (14:00 - 23:00).
  • Full-time contract of 39 hours per week.
  • Fully on-site (no remote work possibilities).
