About the roleIn this role, you'll work closely with the founder and CEO of Brite Payments, supporting her daily work routine, managing her schedule, coordinating key meetings, and ensuring smooth operations. If you're a sharp, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and loves taking initiative, we encourage you to apply.
ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the CEO to support all aspects of her daily work routine.Lead and coordinate projects on her behalf in close alliance with the Chief of Staff.Full calendar management for the CEO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics, sharing meeting materials with participants, and following up on deliveries.Managing email and other correspondence on the CEO's behalf.Planning and coordinating the CEO's attendance and speaking engagements at conferences and events together with the Communications team.Support in organising gifts and entertainment.Other assignments and projects as directed by the CEO.

The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics and competencies:A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the business.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Very well organised with an ability to prioritise and execute effectively.Proven project management skills and a solution-oriented approach to problems.Exceptional attention to detail, high levels of accuracy, and strong time management.An ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.Highest degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.Resourceful, can-do attitude.Thrives in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsStrong written and spoken English.The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
