The role involves working closely with the founder and CEO to support her daily work routine, including managing her schedule, coordinating key meetings, and ensuring smooth operations. You will lead and coordinate projects on her behalf and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Organising meetings, managing email correspondence, and planning the CEO's attendance at conferences are also essential responsibilities.

We're looking for a detail-oriented self-starter who exhibits sound judgement and can prioritise tasks effectively. The ideal candidate has proven project management skills, a solution-orientated approach to problems, and exceptional attention to detail. You should be able to manage internal and external stakeholders, handle sensitive information discreetly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key requirements include strong written and spoken English, excellent time management, and high levels of accuracy. You will work collaboratively with the team and be resourceful in solving problems. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
