Job Title: Director of Growth and Expansion

Our partner, a leading company in the retail industry, is seeking a Director of Growth and Expansion to develop and implement effective strategies to expand the user and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth
Analyze data to continuously optimize strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth objectives
Lead and support the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team

Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience in lead generation and growth, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with CRM tools, lead generation, and growth techniques
Analytical skills and strong communication abilities
