The Director of Growth Marketing is the leader of our growth marketing function. This role drives client satisfaction and top-tier performance metrics. You'll ensure our growth pods operate efficiently, delivering outstanding results from a growth marketing perspective.

Together with Growth Leads, you'll formulate strategies to drive client growth through targeted marketing initiatives. This is a remote-first position, but we're only considering candidates based in or near Berlin, London, or Barcelona, as these are our primary hubs for collaboration and regular in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and vision to a team of 6 Growth Leads and a 40-member growth marketing department.
  • Work closely with Growth Leads and senior team members to position the department as an industry leader in innovative growth marketing solutions.
  • Guide and oversee growth marketing strategies for client engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
  • Own client performance and satisfaction, ensuring growth marketing services consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Mentor and develop Growth Leads, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery across all clients.
  • Collaborate on cross-department initiatives to foster innovation and drive holistic client solutions.
  • Lead innovation in marketing services, exploring and integrating new technologies to improve and expand service offerings.
