Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Expert to join our team in Malaga. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Secure New Customer Wins

Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to secure new customer wins.

Provide Technical Product Overview

Deliver technical product overviews and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.

Increase Technical Acumen

Deliver innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.

Audit and Confirm Implementation Requirements

Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required.

Demonstrate Technical and Business Solution

Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers over Teams.

Act as Key Technical Contact

Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers.

Conduct Trainings

Conduct group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on subjects of expertise.

Research and Educate Self

Constantly research and educate self with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and competitors.

Requirements

  1. Language Proficiency

Native or proficient in English and advanced Spanish.

Education

Bachelor's degree.

Experience

3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.

Certifications

Minimum Fundamentals certification is required upon entering to the role, L200 certification is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required.

Desirable Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred.

Cloud Deployment and Adoption Planning

Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning.

Cloud-Based Productivity Solutions

Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology.

Outstanding Performance

Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role.
