Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Sd Worx. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Software Solutions: Develop and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with developers, product owners, delivery leads, business users, and leadership to identify project requirements and constraints.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure Solution Scalability: Ensure that all software systems are designed and implemented to meet business needs and are scalable, secure, and reliable.
- Develop Technical Specifications: Create technical specifications and design documents to support the development of software solutions.
- Establish Architectural Repository: Establish and maintain an architectural repository to consolidate design information and ensure that all relevant information is stored in a central location.
- Manage Workload and Scope: Manage and monitor your own workload, define scope upfront, and make clear agreements with internal customers about what can be expected by when.
- Experience in Software Engineering and Design Architecture: Broad knowledge of IT technologies and integrating best-of-breed applications is mandatory.
- Certified Salesforce Data Architecture or Salesforce B2B Solution Architect: Equivalent certifications are also acceptable.
- Experience in Salesforce Implementation: Experience in at least one Salesforce implementation, preferably for multiple business units and SF modules.
- Knowledge of Data Modeling and Integration: Knowledge of data modeling and/or integration in Salesforce is required.
- Analytical Thinking and Communication Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and inspire developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ability to Work Across Multiple Projects: Ability to work across multiple projects with varied stakeholders and adapt to changing technology and business requirements.
- Fluency in English: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
