Job Title: Director of Sales

About the Role:

The Director of Sales is a key member of our team at 7Pines Resort Ibiza, responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead our sales efforts, develop and implement sales strategies, and work closely with our global team to achieve our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with our global team to develop and implement sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, reports, and analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations to acquire new business and close deals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our hotel's products, services, and offerings to effectively communicate value to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in revenue growth and sales strategy development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, with a good level of Spanish and any other language a plus.
  • 5-6 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior sales role.
  • 3-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or MBA.
  • Driving license, EU Citizenship.
