About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Payment Manager to join our team at Importante empresa, a leading Global Contract Research Organization (CRO). As a Site Payment Manager, you will play a critical role in the financial, commercial, and customer success of Clinical Trials within our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management: Work cross-functionally to prepare accurate and comprehensive Investigator Grants (IG) budgets at the study, country, and clinical site level.
  2. Site Payments Operations: Manage the daily Site Payments operations/resources to ensure timely and accurate development of IG estimates/budgets and applicable budget templates.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Account Management, Clinical Trial Management, Contracts, and Finance Teams to provide timely and thorough responses for Site Payment deliverables.
  4. Leadership and Development: Provide oversight, coaching, and professional development opportunities for assigned staff.
  5. Process Improvement: Own/participate in the execution of departmental strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts to build streamlined, scalable, well-controlled target-state systems, processes, and reporting.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of prior investigator grants management experience in a Global CRO.
  2. Fluent in English.
  3. Strong, demonstrated experience in:
    1. Leading, motivating, developing, and coaching junior staff.
    2. Using critical thinking to solve complex challenges and make effective decisions.
    3. Clearly presenting complicated topics to diverse audiences in both oral and written form.
    4. Managing conflicts and resolving noted challenges/concerns.
    5. Tracking/managing multiple competing deliverables/deadlines.
    6. Excellent customer service.
    7. Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask while efficiently and independently completing high-quality work.
    8. Excellent computer skills, with an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
