Job Summary
Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled Site Payment Manager to join our team. As a Site Payment Manager, you will play a critical role in the financial, commercial, and customer success of our Clinical Trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to prepare budgets at the study, country, and clinical site level.
- Manage the daily Site Payments operations/resources to ensure the accurate and timely development of estimates/budgets and applicable budget templates.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Clinical Trial Management, Contracts, and Finance Teams to provide timely and thorough responses for Site Payment deliverables.
- Provide oversight, coaching, and professional development opportunities for assigned staff.
- Own/participate in the execution of departmental strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of prior investigator grants management experience in a Global CRO.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong, demonstrated experience with leadership, critical thinking, communication, conflict resolution, and customer service.
- Excellent computer skills, with an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
