The Role

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our regional sales efforts in Valladolid. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a customer-focused regional business strategy and plan, ensuring product availability, tracking key performance indicators, and delivering training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze target results and adjust strategies to meet objectives
  • Ensure product availability and track key performance indicators
  • Deliver training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer engagement
  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans to drive performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing accounts within the HORECA channel
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Experience with platforms such as UVE, Forcemanager, PowerBi
  • Excellent social skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a high level of organizational and creative competence
