Join Eticas as a Project Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Projects team as a Project Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning and participating in our socio-technical research projects and proposals, focusing on ethical technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement qualitative and quantitative methodologies for unique projects, including legal and policy impact assessments, ethical and legal frameworks, data management plans, and more.
  • Plan, conduct, and oversee the ethics requirements, data management, and/or legal standards of projects' fieldwork and data collection activities.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and clients about Eticas' work, facilitating knowledge-sharing and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in project meetings, travel, and represent Eticas in projects where you are a team member or project lead.
  • Perform analyses on various data, emphasizing dissemination and innovation.
  • Produce and edit rigorous content to maximize impact.
  • Contribute to the development and preparation of project proposals.
  • Present your work to the consortium, as well as other teams within Eticas or outside the organization.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in ethical and legal advisor roles, with knowledge of European Commission projects, particularly the Horizon Europe program.
  • PhD-level research experience or equivalent years of experience implementing qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and quantitative research methods applicable to ethics.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines and multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality.
  • Experience in research and/or consultancy projects involving data protection, AI regulations, and auditing frameworks.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to share ideas and suggestions.
