About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Consultant Trainee to join our Supply Chain team at Werfen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving Corporate Supply Chain projects from inception to closing, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, costs, risks, and mitigation actions
  • Establish and manage project methodologies, incorporating standards, processes, documentation, and reporting
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project monitoring and reporting
  • Support the deployment of continuous improvement projects, applying Lean and Six Sigma philosophy
  • Identify, lead, and propose improvement projects to increase service levels and reduce waste and expenses
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop ERP training tools and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Werfen's Code of Ethics

Requirements

  • Relevant project management experience
  • Relevant experience in operations (manufacturing and/or supply chain)
  • Relevant experience managing continuous improvement projects
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques
  • Command knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Good knowledge of operational principles and practices
