About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned company as a Technical Product Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping the product strategy and driving technical leadership. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver user-centric offerings that add value.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the product squad to establish a deep understanding of user needs and current product offerings, enabling you to write, manage, and execute against requirements.
  2. Technical Leadership: Work closely with engineering and design counterparts to evolve the work of your squad, ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy and business objectives.
  3. Team Governance: Provide governance and communicate frequently with the team, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and manage any risks to the delivery, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
  5. Performance Metrics: Measure and improve key product metrics to enhance the user experience, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in leading high-performing teams.
  3. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  4. Ability to understand technical/implementation challenges and drive the definition of viable potential solutions.
  5. Deep relationships/proactive engagement with platform consumers teams (data & product engineering, technical account managers, etc.) that reflect an elevated level of trust.
