About the Ideal Candidate

We seek a highly motivated and self-disciplined individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You should be passionate about delivering high-quality work, fostering a positive team culture, and staying authentic, honest, and kind. Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are essential. You will be responsible for defining and executing the roadmap for a backend-oriented integration product that manages the eSIM lifecycle over Telecom Networks using APIs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the backend integration product.
  2. Analyze and refine product backlog items to ensure they are development-ready.
  3. Collaborate with the Engineering Director to ensure seamless integration of eSIM services through APIs into external Telecom Networks.
  4. Effectively manage diverse stakeholders to translate their requests into clear problem statements and needs.
  5. Define and optimize metrics and KPIs to measure impact, communicate status, and inform decision-making.
  6. Own, prioritize, and manage a backlog with clear Product Requirements Documents to ensure successful and high-quality product delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain product documentation, presentations, and agile processes to facilitate remote collaboration with Partnerships and Sales teams.

Requirements

  1. 4+ years of experience in building world-class products as a technical product manager.
  2. Proven experience in creating and iterating product roadmaps.
  3. Ability to facilitate technical discussions about products and features, providing feedback on technical designs.
  4. Experience in defining, building, and shipping technical products.
  5. Collaboration experience with designers, engineers, and QA in an agile environment.
  6. Product experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making.
  8. Excellent time management skills.
  9. Experience in agile/scrum methodology.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  11. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline.

Desirable Skills

  1. Knowledge of eSIM, GSM, MNO / MVNO / MVNE operating models.
  2. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Notion, Figma, QuickSight, Tableau, Dovetail, Google Analytics, Hotjar.
  3. Coding experience or technical knowledge of coding languages.
  4. Prior work experience in telecommunications.
