About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our backend-oriented integration product. This product will manage the eSIM lifecycle over Telecom Networks using APIs. As a key member of our team, you'll drive the product roadmap, addressing business requirements, technical needs, and internal improvement needs. You'll collaborate with our Engineering Director to ensure seamless integration of eSIM services into external Telecom Networks.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the product roadmap for the backend-oriented integration product.
  2. Analyze and refine product backlog items to prepare them for development.
  3. Support the Engineering Director in integrating eSIM services through APIs into external Telecom Networks.
  4. Effectively manage diverse stakeholders to translate their requests into clear problem statements and needs.
  5. Define and optimize metrics and KPIs to measure impact, communicate status, and inform decision-making.
  6. Own, prioritize, and manage a backlog with clear Product Requirements Documents while ensuring successful and high-quality product delivery.
  7. Define, implement, and maintain product documentation, presentations, and agile processes to efficiently work in a remote setup.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience in building world-class products as a Technical Product Manager.
  2. Experience in creating and iterating product roadmaps.
  3. Experience in facilitating technical discussions about products and features and providing feedback for technical designs.
  4. Experience in defining, building, and shipping technical products.
  5. Experience in collaborating with designers, engineers, and Q/A in an agile environment.
  6. Product experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
  8. Excellent time management skills.
  9. Experience in agile/scrum methodology.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  11. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Knowledge of eSIM, GSM, MNO / MVNO / MVNE operating models.
  2. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Notion, Figma, QuickSight, Tableau, Dovetail, Google Analytics, Hotjar.
  3. Coding experience or technical knowledge of coding languages.
  4. Prior work experience in telecommunications.
