Product Development Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Development Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Jumbo Group. As a key member of our Product Development Team, you will be responsible for the project execution on assigned categories, ensuring timely, feasible, and cost-effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with group project coordinators to develop project plans for the coming year, distributing workload among designers.
  • Manage specific lines of projects, ensuring all goals are met (timing, cost, quality).
  • Generate project specifications according to concepts and maintain them up-to-date.
  • Manage relationships between product development, procurement, and suppliers involved in projects (design agencies, freelancers, manufacturing suppliers).
  • Contribute to project development, seeking technical solutions and ensuring feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee project timing, ensuring all deliverables are on time from concept to OK to production, involving stakeholders (Brand managers, Designers, Procurement, Quality).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in product development engineering or a related field with design.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Product development knowledge from preliminary stages to production.
  • Development experience in cardboard and printing processes.
  • Project management skills.
  • Responsibility for deadlines.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Affinity with Jumbo Group products and knowledge of the toy market.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Desktop publishing capabilities and technical printing knowledge.
  • Experience with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office software.
