Product Development Project Coordinator

Are you passionate about games and driven to provide exceptional products and services to customers worldwide? Jumbo Group is seeking a highly motivated Product Development Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and make dreams come true.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside group project coordinators on the project development plan of the coming year, distributing the workload of the designers.
  • Manage a specific line of projects, ensuring all goals are fulfilled (timing, cost, quality).
  • Generate specifications for projects according to the concept and keep them up to date.
  • Manage the relationship between product development, procurement, and suppliers involved in the project.
  • Collaborate in the development of projects, looking for technical solutions and assuring feasibility and cost.
  • Own the project timing, ensuring all deliverables are on time from concept to OK to production and involving the different stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in NPD (New Product Development) process deployment and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor, Master, or any Diploma in product development engineering or any other related field with design.
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Product development knowledge from preliminary stages to production.
  • Development experience on cardboard and printing processes.
  • Industrial design competences are nice to have.
  • Project management skills.
  • Responsibility for deadlines.
  • Ability to work on a variety of projects at the same time.
  • Affinity with Jumbo Group products.
  • Knowledge of and experience with toy market is preferred.
  • Fluent Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Desktop publishing capabilities and technical printing knowledge.
  • Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and Microsoft Office software experienced user.
