The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Product Development Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating all stages of new product development, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and profitable delivery of new products across all beauty categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, on-time and within budget.
  • Novelties Profitability: Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability, providing regular updates to management.
  • Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of new products, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with French a plus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
