About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Coordinator to join our team at PUIG. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for coordinating all stages of new product development, from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and profitable launches, plan and execute project milestones, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Novelties Profitability: Ensure new products meet profitability targets, monitor cost deviations, and provide regular cost updates to management.
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain new product information consistency, create and manage brand portfolios, and ensure compliance with defined rules.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with French as a plus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
