Key Responsibilities- Network Support: Perform studies on our entire network to ensure that any modifications affecting airport characteristics, procedures, or navaids are accurately updated in our documentation and navigation databases.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with dispatchers and technical pilots to assess airport and route specificities and provide operational support.
- Quality and Safety: Continuously align with our quality and safety specialists to ensure that deliverables are safe and reliable within approved processes.
- Project Participation: Contribute to transformation projects managed by our department, focusing on improving operational safety, increasing sustainability, and reducing crew workload.
- Engineering Problem-Solving: Resolve complex engineering problems, contact suppliers, and correct unforeseen technical events in flight procedures.
- Audit Defense: Defend internal and external audits with AESA and IOSA for procedures approved and implemented in our area of competence.
- Aircraft Weight and Balance: Calculate aircraft weight and balance information according to our flight operations guidelines.
- Aircraft Performance Computation: Collaborate in aircraft performance computation, runway data, airport characteristics, and contingency procedures.
- Technical Manual Updates: Update aircraft operation technical manuals and associated documents.
- EFB Support: Provide support for tasks related to the Electronic Flight Bag developed in our Technical Office.
- Aeronautical Engineering Degree: Required.
- Experience: 3 years in a similar role.
- Language Skills: English (C1) and Spanish (C1) required.
- Competencies: Communication, high proactivity, deliver-focused, planning, and continuous improvement oriented attitude.
