Fleet Support Engineer

Vueling is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Support Engineer to join our Maintenance Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring aircraft technical status, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing expert advice to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze aircraft technical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to maintenance personnel on technical matters.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- University degree in an aviation-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance environment, preferably in a MCC/MOC function.
- Strong knowledge of PART 145/PART M regulatory framework.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
