Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Agilent Technologies. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Agilent's products, solutions, and services to our valued customers across Chromatography (LC, GC, GC/MS, HPLC) and Spectroscopy (Atomic and Molecular) markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent Agilent to customers in all sales-oriented activities, focusing on acquiring new customers, growing our wallet-share, and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers.
- Generate quotations and perform administrative tasks related to our internal systems.
- Sell Agilent's consumable and instrument portfolio to end-users in assigned territories through multichannel inbound and outbound sales activities (phone, web chat, email).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the Field Sales team to achieve sales quotas and business objectives.
- University degree in Biological/Life Sciences (ideally biochemistry or analytical chemistry).
- First experience in/knowledge of analytical techniques such as Chromatography (LC, GC, HPLC, etc.) and/or Spectroscopy in a similar position or as an end-user.
- Experience in sales is a plus.
- Full proficiency in Swedish, with a good level of English (written and oral).
- Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
