Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent Spanish-speaking customer service representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our international support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including calls, emails, and live chat, providing solutions to a wide range of technical, billing, and product-related issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Documentation: Record and document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's system for tracking purposes.
  • Escalation Handling: Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish (C1 level or above) and proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving abilities, and basic understanding of computer systems and software.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
