Automotive Distribution and Sales Support

**About the Role**:

As an Automotive Distribution and Sales Support professional, you will play a key role in receiving and processing queries and actions from our network of dealerships and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on order management: transfers of units, changes of delivery dates, transportation management, order programming, credit hold management, retrocessions, cessions, payments, refactoring, sales communications, and ITV documentation support.
  • Coordinate transportation with NDS for logistics management (priorities, delays, and information).
  • Support the network on Niivos tool functionalities.
  • Be the primary point of contact for incidents detected in order management services and tools (Niivos, B2B).
  • Manage DAVs and request vehicle registrations through authorized dispatchers.
  • Manage the Host order programming tool, sending it to the network, tracking, managing incidents, and responding to network queries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer complaint management.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, handle objections, and manage emotional situations.
  • Negotiation skills and effective communication.
  • Ability to write letters and capacity for synthesis.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan (oral and written). English is valuable.
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive distribution area.
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
