About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Trainer to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to support the operations strategy in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Design and Delivery
    • Design and develop training materials that reflect the needs of the operations team.
    • Implement training curriculum, including new starter onboarding training for end users.
    • Apply and design different training methods adapted to the learning style of the audience.
    • Structure training content to maximize comprehension.
  • Training Delivery
    • Deliver engaging training sessions.
    • Measure training success rates and learning comprehension to improve training programs.
    • Use a range of learning techniques, including classroom training, coaching, mentoring, e-learning, and more.
  • Training Needs Identification
    • Work with leaders and the team to identify training and development needs in operations.
    • Plan how those needs will be met through training.
    • Continuously strive to reduce the learning curve to speed up the speed to competency.
  • Process Documentation
    • Work with operations teams to keep training materials updated and reflecting current business processes.
    • Evaluate and review ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any changes.
    • Supervise and track IDD completion of operations users.
    • Provide regular training metrics and insights to the management team.
Requirements and Experience
  • Proven experience in training design, development, and delivery within a customer-focused environment, ideally within insurance.
  • Knowledge of the latest training techniques.
  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present complex information in a simple way to a broad range of audiences.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Creative and solution-focused.
  • Training/teaching qualification is a plus.
  • Approachable, enthusiastic, and energetic.
  • Fluency in English mandatory; fluency in other languages is a plus.
