Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner for Cultural Transformation to join our team at Glaxosmithkline. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support business units in meeting their objectives and initiatives.
  • Partner with the recruiting team and key stakeholders to provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Ensure appropriate metrics to measure return on investment of programs and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Assist with developing publicity, communications, and events to promote I&D programs across GSK.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and develop strategic partnerships to enhance the pipeline of talent to GSK early talent programs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study.
  • Relevant experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all areas of HR.
  • Experience leading cultural change initiatives.
  • Experience communicating to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence in a complex, matrix organization.
