Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Skincare Marketing Director to lead our skincare business in IBERIA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive skincare strategy, driving revenue growth and margin expansion, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the luxury skincare category, with experience in brand management, product lifecycle management, and business analysis. They will be fluent in English and Spanish, and have a strong understanding of the local market and consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive skincare strategy to drive revenue growth and margin expansion
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver results and achieve business objectives
  • Manage the brand portfolio for all skincare brands, representing the brands in the market and identifying growth opportunities
  • Work closely with local and global teams to prioritize and deliver revenue growth and margin expansion
  • Provide timely and insightful business analysis and reports to adapt strategy and action plans

Requirements:

  • High School degree
  • Experience in a similar role in the luxury skincare category
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Location: Barcelona
