Job Title: Marketing Director Skincare Luxury

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director Skincare Luxury to join our team at Morgan Philips Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our skincare marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive skincare marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver winning commercial and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with global skincare teams to prioritize and deliver revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Drive the full Product Lifecycle Management (product pipeline & roadmap, new product line additions and launches, current product line rationalization).
  • Provide timely and insightful business analysis and reports to adapt strategy and action plans.
Requirements:
  • High School degree.
  • Experience in a similar role in the luxury skincare category.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Significant experience across Commercial functions, with a clear and demonstrable legacy of achievement.
