Job Title: Luxury Skincare Marketing Director

About the Role:
The Morgan Philips Group is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Skincare Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the skincare category strategy and driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive skincare category strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver winning commercial and marketing plans
Collaborate with local and global teams to prioritize and deliver revenue growth and margin expansion
Drive the full product lifecycle management, including product pipeline and roadmap development, new product line additions, and launches
Provide timely and insightful business analysis and reports to inform strategy and action plans

Requirements:
High School degree
Experience in a similar role in the luxury skincare category
Fluent in English and Spanish
Ability to build strong teams and drive results
