Job Title: Marketing Manager Skincare Lujo

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our Skincare business in the IBERIA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth in the IBERIA region.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial and marketing plans that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with global skincare teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Manage and analyze market data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales directors and senior members of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the luxury skincare category.
  • Strong understanding of the IBERIA market and ability to navigate complex business hierarchies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business change and development.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
