We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Software Engineering department. As a servant-leader, you will focus primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities within the department. Your primary responsibility will be people management, complemented by Competence Leadership and Technical Leadership.

Responsibilities

  • People Management
    • Identify the right candidates for the teams and work with the recruiting partner to bring them on board

    • Set clear objectives and address performance issues with support from your manager

Qualifications

  • BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Management background (2+ years) and experience managing larger engineering teams in SaaS organizations
  • Experience working with remote and distributed teams
  • Experience in growing and developing people and their careers
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and stakeholders
  • Experience building and leading business units, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics
  • Understanding of software systems design principles
  • Resident of the European Union
