The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in driving improvements to our employee experience, creating tangible impact across our national UK-wide business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business alignment and identify opportunities for growth and development.
  3. Design and implement effective project reporting mechanisms, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  4. Monitor and track progress, escalating business risks as necessary.
  5. Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and handover.
  6. Provide governance and ownership for HR policies, processes, and initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in HR project delivery, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, with a focus on improving employee experience and driving business results.
