About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer post-sales requests and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mainly handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post-sales requests
  • Handle outbound calls when necessary to solve issues with customers and different internal business units
  • Create and follow up on quotes for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Maintain personal knowledge of the store portfolio and post-sales processes
  • Initiate and manage customer post-sales related tasks
Requirements
  • Proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced English skills
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, customer-facing, and customer care skills
  • Sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.) knowledge
  • Achievement and target-oriented, customer-driven, and motivated to work in sales
  • Basic IT knowledge and technical understanding
What We Offer
  • Full-time permanent contract: Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00
  • Base salary: €20,000 per annum + up to €2,000 in bonus per annum
