Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Head of Business Strategy and Planning to join our team at the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Create and execute business plans that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide financial expertise and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that drive growth and revenue.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our business units and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business strategy and planning, financial planning and analysis, or business development.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
