Misión del Puesto

El responsable de recursos humanos para SYSTRA Ibérica es una figura clave en el desarrollo de SYSTRA en la zona. Reportará al director general de SYSTRA Ibérica y podrá actuar también para América Hispánica. Tendrá vínculos funcionales con los servicios centrales del grupo SYSTRA así como con la Dirección de Recursos Humanos de la zona geográfica internacional.

Responsabilidades
  • Supervisar y planificar la administración del personal (altas, bajas, etc.).
  • Asesorar a los gestores de la empresa en la implementación de políticas de RRHH y en la gestión de sus equipos.
  • Implementar el plan de contrataciones, garantizando el desarrollo de una cultura de diversidad e inclusión dentro de los equipos.
  • Buscar por diferentes canales personal cualificado para la empresa.
  • Apoyar a los empleados en sus proyectos de desarrollo profesional (acciones colectivas de formación, planes de movilidad).
  • Contribuir al Desarrollo del Talento y Gestión del Desempeño optimizando e implementando los procesos de RRHH asociados de acuerdo con el calendario de RRHH (Entrevistas Anuales, Revisiones de Talento, Revisión Salarial y Bonificaciones).
  • Garantizar el buen clima laboral, atendiendo a los trabajadores/as de la empresa y escuchando sus necesidades.
Requisitos

Formación en Derecho, Ciencias del Trabajo, Relaciones Laborales o Grado (RRHH). Muy valorable máster en Relaciones Laborales. Años de experiencia: > 5 años de experiencia.

Dominio de la legislación laboral española actual, interpretación de convenio y aplicación. Nivel alto del paquete Office. Se valorará conocimiento de SAP SuccessFactors. Fluente en español e inglés.
